PAX Prime 2012 will take place over Labor Day Weekend, from August 31st through September 2nd.

PAX Prime 2011 has come and gone...was that as fast for you as it was for us? As always, thanks go out to our exhibitors and sponsors for bringing such amazing content to the show, our speakers for the varied discussions brought to the table, to all the attendees for giving us a reason to have a show in the first place, and of course to the Enforcers for holding it all together.

Yes, that's maps, as in PLURAL. We've expanded the exhibits to fill both the 4th AND 6th floors (don't worry, the PC and Console areas are still there as well), so make sure to check out both! Maps for the 4th floor can be found here and the 6th floor here.

Greetings PAX ATTENDEES! As you’ll probably note from the terrifying (for us) and exciting (for you) countdown clock above, PAX is a mere 2 weeks away! Your badges should be arriving in the mail within the next week and tucked in alongside them will be your Halo Fest badge, a cool promotional item to let you know about Halo Fest! Please note, this is not actually an "access" badge – your standard PAX badge serves that purpose.

For those picking up badges on-site, please note our will-call booth is located on the 1st floor of the convention center this year, and will be available between 2:00pm and 8:00pm on Thursday, 8:00am and 8:00pm on Friday/Saturday, and 8:00am and 3:00pm on Sunday.

For those in media, please note that registration has been closed for a bit now. There are no on-site registrations for media, sorry!

TWO WEEKS!

A small few of you out there have expressed a casual interest in what to expect out of PAX Prime 2011. If you happen to be included in that group, you may be interested to know we have launched the schedule.

It's true. All of our badges are sold out. We will have no more badges available for sale at the door. There will be no "oh hey look we found more badges in the couch" sale in August. They are all gone.

You can try to find them online at face value in our forum thread here, but caveat emptor! Make sure if you purchase a badge from anywhere else that you are buying the PHYSICAL BADGE and NOT just the confirmation code or barcode. That alone will NOT get you into the show. You NEED the plastic badge.

Sorry to those who haven't gotten your 3-days yet, but we are officially out. All that's left is our allotment of single day passes.

We've been working closely with the folks at 343 Industries, and we're excited to announce that with a PAX Prime badge, you'll also get admission to Halo Fest! Packed with Halo tournaments, exclusive Halo panels, and sweet Halo prizes (yes, there might be some Halo there), the event being run concurrent to PAX Prime celebrates Halo's 10-year anniversary!

On a related note, three-day badges are going super quick this year...as in, they'll probably be gone...tomorrow. I strongly consider you register.
